He did a lot of damage at the second base meanwhile and they were able to fight a little bit as well killing some units in MaNas army although not cost effectively.

Making new units is way more expensive than balancing the current units; there's virtually no chance Blizzard would introduce new units until the next expansion. Besides, the problem at that point is more that the swarm host doesn't fit David's vision of a more raider-type unit that can be repositioned constantly. I would expect that Blizzard reduces their burrow time and makes up for that by also reducing the lifespan of the locusts. This would allow the swarm hosts to move around faster but would reduce the range of the locusts and allow for closer enemy engagements. This would be particularly effective if they kept the cooldown higher, so that even with the upgrade there's a hole between the locusts' spawn times. So many things Blizzard could do without resorting to making a new unit.

First game-MaNa went passive 3 base to start, Stephano went SH and did the same. MaNa denied the 4th of Stephano and at one stage took 5 bases vs 3. However Stephano cost efficiency was sick and he was eventually able to take the 4th and keep MaNa to 4. MaNa went sky toss. SH, Hydra, corruptor, viper control too good. Game 2, Stephano denies 3rd of Mana twice, delays it so long Mana has to go all in with immortal, sentry stalker, MSC. Hydra roach defends the all in.
