True. Although, iirc Carrier range is 12 and Tempests are 15. It's just that Tempests seem useless against anything non-massive. Although, I suppose Corruptors tend to shit on carriers too. Still, can't help feeling that carriers would have been more useful. That's a terrible map for PvZ, though (even more so in HOTS than it was in WOL). That centre is made for SH play.

It's happening more and more, to the point where Leenock and JD, for example, are comfortable staying on 2base vs 2base and taking a later third while teching and upgrading, just because 3/3 ultra/crackling with Queen support is so cost-effective vs Protoss. It's similar with those 2 base SH pushes TLO does.

If both Soulkey and Bomber lose, and they are picked to fight for the 5-6th spot, I HOPE TRAITOR GETS STOMPED. But Bomber won't disappoint <3

So many spells and the positioning is crucial. Enjoyed that game a lot. Lets hope that this doesn't become standard play similar to Zerg turtling with free units in WoL. Its fun to watch right now because I haven't seen it done this well before, but it will wear thin after 2months =/ I'm worried about this too, especially since Zerg's can have less econ than the toss and win with it.

It's been a while since I've watched any GSL, and I didn't realize Daybreak was still in the map pool. WP by Soulkey, PartinG is gonna need to play his ass off... I'm not sure how I feel about the twilight transition after stargate; it feels kind of flimsy.

This. Plus the fact that both players were mass expanding/trying to snipe random expansions so there's potential for small engagements all over the map.

Parting just fucking dies to free units. It's about as entertaining as watching zergs die to protoss free lazer beams. Zerg is macro race, macro is very centralized in SC2, injects exists ergo zerg can max fast, to do so they also build many drones.
So zerg to feel swarmy would need to exceed 200 cap or ... get free units.

today's DJ is on full troll mode

Swarm host only works on certain maps like Daybreak, Akilon Wastes. Protoss doesnt have to worry much about them

Nothing changes, Parting continues to be inconsistent. Hope SK walks over him and forgets. Flash would have never been handled by SK so easily.

Mothership (the full one) with cloacking is insanely helpful in engagement like that, you just snipe overseers with feedbacks or tempest and locusts do nothing.
|
Soulkey looks way better than Parting right now, and I'm a Parting fan.
It's everything: the strategies selected, the unit control, the engagement micro. Parting could very easily go down 0-3, a super disappointing result for someone who escaped the group of Death just a few weeks ago.

Who chooses music for break? I know pre-show kpop is legend; does he do break music too?
