Terran drops are too hard to deal with here without mutas I had a lot of (ladder) success lately with Ultra Hydra Infestor Viper + tons of crawlers. Why do good zerg players are so frightened to use Hydras in ZvT? No bio Terran builds tanks anymore... I think the biggest reason is that you don't have the necessary upgrades, +0/1 hydras do quite poor vs +3 armor marines. Especially considering hydras scale so well with upgrades.
I mostly get 3 evo chambers during midgame when doing this strat and consume them later with vipers.

The first thing is that the drop shouldn't even be able to unload behind, the units should be waiting for them there then. So you want that amount of units waiting behind every single base? Cause otherwise there is no way you will be able to catch every drop before it unloads.

Neither player feels really top-tier. I missed the earlier games; were Fantasy and True worse than this?
