I haven't actually ever seen Collosi be very effective against it. There ends up being so many Locust that the Collosi only kill them as fast as they are being spawned and slowly get their hp burned away. Then they get abducted away and die. Air has better luck, but zerg tends to suicide in hydras to kill observers so the swarm hosts can't be killed. And then the locust can't be blocked and just eat away at the base. I haven't seen a large amount of Tempest against it, if it's even possible to get that. I do hope there is an answer to counter the build. It's not very entertaining to watch. Tempests are a good idea in theory, but in reality your obs is just gonna get minced as soon as you get the first tempest volley off. they also provide terrible dps vs locusts so you need colossi. You can hold off the locusts with colossi but its really up to the zerg player to abduct them. vs a good zerg it doesnt really matter how good the protoss is against swarm host play.

I suppose he was a tad bit aggressive with his phoenix in the first game which snowballed into a bad choice going 7 gate all in with so many stalkers against VRs, and he did do pretty much a WoL all in in game three, so I'd probably chalk it up to his build choices rather than mistakes.

Leenock is playing really well today though. He handled pretty much everything perfectly. Timings were spot on.
