No, these servers are for tournaments or events during the break. And not anyone can get them. TB asked if he could run his blind tournament and Blizzard told him to wait until launch. So I doubt there's one just for players to practice. | ||

While I understand that you are a person that this can directly affect, tournament organizers knew that this is something that could happen. What I think is even more telling is that Blizzard wants to have release day showmatches when the players aren't able to play the game for two weeks. Maybe they will have something in the long run so that the matches don't look ugly? | ||
