The queen and OL buff made early/mid game overly safe for zerg and they could tech to t3 with little risk. | ||

I think it would be better to have the medivac speed upgrade coming in mid game. I don't mind it being this fast, but the biggest problem is how early it comes and you only have units to defend against them because static defense are not affordable this early. And not a lot of units are mobile enough to defend. | ||
