I think Snute has more momentum at the moment, however I feel SaSe has more practice down in HotS. I expect a 3-1 result for SaSe.

Oh this is going to be a great match. From what I've seen from Sase he is playing amazing and the new atmosphere of hots is perfect for his unique style of play. Haven't seen Snute play yet but I hear protoss is pretty good vs Zerg so we'll have to wait and see.

While I like both of them SaSe is my favourite player of the two of them. Hoping it'll be a close and exciting match for the viewers though. 3 - 2 SaSe!
Perhaps not the right place to ask but I don't think I saw SaSe in the GSL Preliminaries, which I thought he was going to attend. Does anyone know the story behind that? I want as many foreigners as possible to try GSL!

Probably Sase as it looks like he's played more HotS and Protoss is pretty damn good in HotS atm -_-
I have been seeing some pretty awesome stuff with SH/Queen + Nydus so maybe Snute will show us some goodies today ^^

Sase has never been good at this matchup, but Snute is playing mostly WOL, while I'm sure Sase has been preparing for this match. Snute is a really strong player right now, but I think Sase will be able to take it 3-2.

It's pretty popular, you do it so you don't have to lose the forge if you get 6~ pooled. Then you just build a cannon in your mineral line and don't lose a thing while Z is struggling economically.

yeah, you should be allowed to go allin and when it fails, recall out before your army dies and still be in an ok position. I mean Zerg and Terran do that all the time, right?

Yes, it sucks when Protoss runs out of forcefields and gets surrounded during an Immortal Sentry all in for example. The Zerg can actually hold the all in when that happens. I'm glad they fixed that.

I think that goes without saying. There are a lot of ridiculous situations in each matchup that needs adressing. Lets just hope we get something better than WoL release, where reapers won tournaments on it's own.

If they "forget" when nothing is happening, it's because it's better to spend 150 gas on something else, there's not always a reason to make them the very second it's viable (30 seconds into the upgrade). If you are under pressure, like Snute was, then he (and anybody else) should upgrade it immediately, because they're increasing their risk of dying.

There are obviously some issues with recall, but I think those needs to be handled with other changes in the game.

well let me tell it like this: we saw an 8 gate and in the other game snute build randomly 10 raoches and 30 lings without doing any damage and then lost to a 2 base all in and now we should all cry about balance, am i right?

the problem are allways unpunished mistakes. If one player can make mistakes without consequences, while the other can't, we have a serious problem. And Recall creates those situations, not only in PvZ.

You didn't miss anything, two 2-base pushed and one pre-hive timing with Snute building a total of zero HOTS units. Sase built one; the mothership core.

I would think so as well, he himself stated on his stream that he isn't happy with practicing both games at the same time and he rather focuses on the last WoL tournaments like IEM.
