I think under a lot of stress he does not perform well, hence why he should be sent first or second. I would have obviously chosen mr.Taeja for ace despite TvZ being ridiculously hard at the moment, but hey.. Goddamn I wanted TL/EG to win so bad!!
Can they still make it top 4 ? ;;
Taeja can't play with his hand acupuncture treatment or something.
And it is still a long way to go for this season, lots of matches coming up, they can even possibly take the first spot if they beast up in the next few rounds.
While I did say my last post about Hero saving Stephano would be my last post, I meant only while the games were still going on. Now that things have ended, I bring to you this!
If you look at the time, Stephano says glhf at 14 seconds (into the video). Take note the "PPP" also comes almost instantly after Stephano says glhf (so PPP is at 14 seconds too).
Then Hero says it around 17 seconds, so about 3 seconds after both the glhf and the "PPP".
The reason I wanted to point it out is because that was clearly not a "reflex" glhf (well, it might still be a reflex glhf but that would have been a really slow one, especially after PPP was stated).
He actually said GL after "PPP" was said. Now I know someone said something about being able to talk after PPP, but Hero could have not said anything at all.... EXCEPT HE DIDN'T! HE CHOSE TO SAY GL IN RESPONSE TO STEHAPNO!
This meant that Hero risked his own eSPORTS PROGAMING CAREER, HIS OWN LIFE (remember this is KeSPA, everything is serious business guys) to save Stephano!
Clearly, Hero is awesome and heroic and needs a fan club.

I already signed up in the Entus fan club because he did that. Huge respect to HerO
I don't know how to read korean but the chat from the referee has a 3 character title (meaing to all, to allies, to refs, etc) as opposed to 2 characters for stephano's chat. The players may not have seen the PPP.

Sorry to say this but the PPP was NOT seen by the players as it was not sent to ALL. It was sent to other refs / observers. I can read Korean. I am sure someone else who could, could vouch for this as well.

Still, the slightly late response from herO indicates that he thought a little bit about this, decided to reply back, not just a reflex response. He certainly is very familiar with rules, and knows very well what could happen.

I also hate when people say gl to me in games. It's stupid. I'm your opponent. Why do you wish me good luck for god sake? You don't mean it, don't be a hypocrite.

Good sportmanship is in such a case more important I think and additionally he knew fans were looking forward to this. I liked herO before, now I like him even more.

i would have thought so too but stephano looked genuinely surprised when they came into the booth and discussed the problem, he looked like he had no idea

It's called courtesy. Do you inquire into your emotions to find out whether you really do feel grateful before saying "thanks" to someone? Do you really only say "good morning" when you really care about how the other person's morning will go?
Besides, winning because of an opponent's bad luck isn't fun and isn't an achievement. You want to beat him when he put up 100 percent. Therefore it isn't even that absurd to mean it when you say gl.

Ahh, that's disappointing to hear. At this point, the only true confirmation is potentially an interview with Hero (usually there is an interview for one of the players of the winning team right?) or someone in Korea asking him.
Things like this make me hot for eSports. A similar situation was when Apollo manned up and paused the game while Artosis was a bit nervous (in the BWC).
I had both the Korean and English stream on, and it was fun to see both sides at the same time (the game was still going on in the Korean stream but the English stream with Apollo/Artosis had their observer DC).
