Yeah who wouldn't get more confident and charismatic after all the constructive criticism they've gotten on TL?
/sarcasm
Nonconstructive caster feedback in the EG-TL English broadcast thread was not moderated at all lol. Not even a warning banner to tell people not to do it.

As a native english speaker, listening to him is tough. The way he structures sentences make it difficult to understand when one starts and when one ends. Couple this with his inability to say complete thoughts during play and it's quite brutal.
Grubby is much better, as is Khaldor. I'd imagine if you're not a native english speaker, somebody who isn't as comfortable with the language might actually be easier to understand.
Yeah this is well put.
And someone said earlier I was going to great lengths to bash casters - I don't do that. I've never bashed any caster. But when I have to tax my temporal lobes to comprehend the caster that's just not good.

Thanks a lot, EG-TL.
Fionn you picked EG-TL as first, knowing yourself, you should be happy they arent last.
Better than Waxangel at least. I'm still wondering at how he believed that MVP would get knocked out early on at IEM by a bunch of foreigners, even if they were zerg.
no one is worse than Fionn.
During IPL5, he posted in the thread that DRG beat Yoda 2-0...turns out DRG lost 0-2, for that, I will never forgive him.
Kim Carrier, Artosis, need I say more?
Artosis was actually right in a couple of his "THIS IS THE NEW FACE OF THE PROTOSS RACE" predictions. All about 6-9 months later, but mostly right.
but, jjakji.
i actually think if Jjakji wasnt on NSH, he would actually still be relevant, but i guess we'll never know
but basically you can win GSL and then retire and youre still a bad ass so basically, Jjakji is still a badass.
Jjaki is still really good, just has no where to show it. I would have loved to see him on a foreign team but staying loyal is a good thing.

Yeah, I actually think Whiplash is alright. He's friendly enough, quite easy to understand, and very listenable.

Poll: Who is the better Proleague caster?
Whiplash (The Non-Asian One) (27)

SNM (The Asian One) (9)
25%

Your vote: Who is the better Proleague caster?
(Vote): SNM (The Asian One) (Vote): Whiplash (The Non-Asian One)
also i had to use asian/non-asian because i'm sure people still don't know the difference besides how the two sound.
you need a vote for this? @_@
All I've seen is people bash both.
I like Whiplash and tolerate SNM. It's funny because there are so many worse casters out there, and very few who are better who'd be willing to move to Korea, but people seem to ignore that. It's not a huge ocean of talent, people. Even GSL has hired worse casters than this.

You're exaggerating a lot which doesn't help your argument of being reasonable and constructive. Obviously you don't have to struggle to comprehend him. That's very clearly an exaggeration.

Yeah and he's also been wrong about many other things. Guess what? Kim Carrier got a few things right but that doesn't change the fact that his predictions are absolutely abysmal.
Nobody's more epic than the old combo of ZeroSC2 and BrokenLoL though.
Never heard of them. Send me a link to some of their work please. O:
Oh they were just two poster on here who made the most outrageous predictions ever, BrokenLoL based his predictions on results from SC2 beta (meaning he believed that IdrA was unbeatable) and ZeroSC2 loved Fnatic to death, even though he jumped on and off the Alive/MVP bandwagon every other week.

As a native english speaker I don't know how it would be possible, for a native english speaker, to not understand SNM
It's not that I don't understand him. It's that he's incredibly difficult and unpleasant to listen to. His speech doesn't flow properly, he misses ad-verbs and pro-nouns frequently, and takes weird breaks in sentences while stopping to say "ummm". Some people can do broadcasting and some people can't. His speech is just too blotchy and flat.
