Besides, DH is live on TV here in Sweden as well, they can't have a lot of downtime if they can't fill it with content.

Yeah, because it should be expected from viewers to ignore the provided schedule and instead idle around from half an hour early on just in case. Schedule conflicts happen, delays happen, but starting early will inevitably piss off people. Not all of us monitor the stream non-stop. Plenty of people have missed the first game or even the first two.

during the day it said 22 yes, after the semifinals it was 21:30 as it was a 3-0 and a PvP, I.E. shorter than anticipated

To be fair, this isn't the kind of thing that happens at major non-gaming events.
If a football match is due to start at 15:00, you don't get to the stadium at 14:55 to find out they've already been playing for ten minutes.
