He's taken games off of Koreans in the past, so yeah, the faith in him isn't entirely misplaced. He's not very consistent in pulling that off though, unlike Stephano or Naniwa.

I agree, he could take games (not series) off a FEW bottom rung korean pros. Meaning he doesnt stack up at all against anyone noteworthy.

I couldn't find the rules for the main event, but in the rules of the TSL Qualifier 4 I only found this:
No cheating in any way. This includes any sort of hack or illegal program and receiving messages from friends watching the stream. This also includes account sharing or playing under an ID that you did not register under.
That would probably include talking to someone while the game is going on. But in between games is probably allowed.

Exception to prove the rule imo. Hes not on the same level as top korean pros. Pointing out a single series win doesnt change that fact. You can have all the foreigner hope you want man, but hes just not that good.
