A 1-1-1 Tank Marine Medivac/Raven/Viking death push usually just dies from a proper spread and SCV pull. Without the banshees picking off scvs and marines early on, the bio player just has too much stuff. Especially if he's able to get the double reactor/combat shields.
It's a matter of being able to prevent the 111 player from getting an entrenched position by your ramp.

What about medivac/helion/marine? Edit: Well, you would only need 1 gas.
it's trickier but not a bo loss. The problem here is to pull the right amount of scv and not losing to many since it's a pressure build your opponent CC isn't too far behind.

These are holdable with better micro, BratOk held a marine hellion elevator build from PuMa while having just marines and a third cc. All it takes is pulling scvs positioning them for minimal losses and pulling weakened ones from the fight.

I find it hard to believe names like Curious and Squirtle would be "names you sort of know" at this point. If that's true though I feel really bad for those people that don't watch enough GSL to really appreciate how good these Koreans are.

Hellion Marine Medivac / Hellion Reaper Medivac plays are all just a matter of knowing it's coming and having your troops ready to intercept as the drop is occuring. You need to start marauder production and pull scvs without losing too many.
