Give it another month, if it still looks this way, with zergs rolling over terrans left and right all day long, I might agree with you.
Then again, Coca has always been ridiculously good, and it didn't look like a balance issue today, he just outplayed his opponents.
Is it a coincidence that as soon as the patch released... zerg players such as symbol/violet/golden all 2nd tier zergs are now the best players in the world... SOMETHING IS WRONG.
MMA who is the best tvz in the world... is just another terran vs zerg. there isn't a terran that can beat any top zergs in the world. It's almost unwatchable.

And it didn't look like it was a balance issue when MVP, MMA were winning but Blizzard decided to 'fix' it anyways. Honestly, it doesn't really matter how we feel and whether you agree or not. It just depends if Blizzard feels that there is some imbalance they have to adjust.

When did Violet and Golden ever become the best players in the world? Why are you whining about a scene that you (apparently) don't understand?
Oh man, I knew people would whine when the results were clear, but this...
Hahaha really awesome that CoCa won today!! I were afraid that my precious Slayers were going to get eliminated, even bet against them not to jinx them. I might have helped... Goooooooooo SLAYERS!!!
God, I hate LR threads sometimes. It's always "wtf blizz fix this shit" and (in this case) "tvz so imba for zerg queen buff too op." I don't understand why people can't just be happy for SlayerS and CoCa especially. One zerg beating 3 terrans doesn't make the matchup at all imbalanced. And even though zergs have been doing really well recently, it won't take more than 1-2 months for new counters to be developed, given the game's history. Anyway, comgrats to CoCa! I knew he would turn on beast mode and dominate.

He had recently crushed MKP in IPL Fight Club too, so I'm rather surprised that so many people are chalking this up to "Zerg Imba", rather than "CoCa Imba".

Ignoring balance the matchup sux because nothing is happening but mining first 10 min as opposed to before intense back and forth and still is with zvz pvp which all of a sudden became better to watch.
There is a reason MC is my favorite player and I can't stand turtletoss players like PartinG. Action!!! Gimme it. Win or lose.

Well, it was balanced by carriers on the other side... Though i think it handicap more the protoss than the zerg imo...
Hydralisk vs Carriers. Which is the stronger auto lose unit? What's terran's auto lose unit anyway?
Mech against protoss
Someone almost made it recently in GSL though. Can't remember who, but he lost because he unsiege all his units at one go.
Byun vs Genius?
It was a good build, but you could see that he was bound to lose eventually, tanks just die to easily and are far too easy to get caught unsieged. Even in TvZ they're very easy to catch unsieged, just that they're a necessity vs banelings and infestors.
no to mention, that wasn't even mech. it was biomech. he had a ton of marine/marauder to go with his tanks.
Just to address Mech vs Protoss being bad... it's really not. Mech has been quite successful when shown in high level games.
Out of all 4 times I've seen mech in GSL, (Hack vs MC on Crevasse, Byun vs some P on TDA, MKP vs Genius on Dual Site, Sound vs Tails on Dual Site), mech has won 3 out of 4 times. I'm excluding MVP vs Squirtle on Terminus because he started with bio then transitioned to mech. Meh, count it if you want ^^
In TSL4, Hack beat Lure with mech, and played a pretty close game vs Creator, who is arguably better than Hack. MKP has used mech and lost to Grubby (quite stupidly) in some random tourny/cup and beat Whitera, Huk, and MC in MLGs.
Sound has also used (IIRC) mech vs MC in HSC4 but I think he lost that.
Out of all the times I've seen mech, it has not done poorly, and no significant holes in mech play were apparent to suggest that mech TvP is "unviable".
It may be unforgivable, but ultimately which strategy/style you play depends on each individual person, right? For example, until Hack gave up 10 ish tanks for free to Creator because he was retreating but didn't notice Creator moving in, the then ~25 minute macro game on Daybreak was quite even, with 4-5 bases for each player. And contrary to those unfamiliar with Mech but keep stating that Mech deathballs get owned by Protoss deathballs, Hack's army usually defeated Creator's (basically whenever he sieged up in time and had a fitting composition) with several tanks and some hellions left over (and this is with just Tank Hellion + Ghost/Viking, he didn't even begin adding BCs/Thors, which make the deathball even stronger).
Goddamn it man. lol. I setup my liquidbets just right. I pick Prime figuring that they're the stronger team, then Coca just decides to go beastmode and all kill everyone. lol
