The very last fight, TaeJa split his units back and then ran back to continue fighting. Combined with the Collosi fire, majority of his army vaporized instantly.

Also fighting while being in storm is... strange. He lost his ghosts carelessly EMP'ing nothing but stalkers/colossi. So... as much as I would agree that Protoss late game is hard to beat, that certainly was more TaeJas fuckup than Protoss OP.

He also did quite some damage in the early game, how come Ace went toe to toe with him in the late game? Fuck TvP. Well Taeja didn't use the advantage he got from getting free units in the early game at all. He could have attacked Ace's 3rd really easily.

Every single unit Ace had was clumped and ground based, seems like 15 siege tanks with ghost and thor support would have been able to shell it? Siege tanks don't do enough damage. Simple as that. Sure you can do a lot of damage to the Protoss army but they can just warp in more, meanwhile each Siege Tank you lose takes a long time to remake. You just will never be able to trade efficiently enough to be able to make a siege tank heavy army work against Protoss ground forces unless they're massing Stalkers.

No econ damage, no harassment or trading whatsoever. Poor micro in engagements, just letting all of the ghost die, sure he dodged some storms very nicely, but the last big engagement was horrible from taeja.

He let Ace get away with 3base 1gate for free, how is that early damage lol.

He did move in the storm-area back and forth, not even dodging it but preventing his units from shooting (because they were constantly moving). He had too less ghosts and his engagement angle (front to front) was horrible. His vikings need to engange 1 side of the colossi to focus one at a time. He did run his ghosts against two storms, then Ace got vision of them and they vanished to the colossi. I wish Taeja would at least try to drop, Ace had all his important building at the same place.

Then the follow up warp in from Ace tipped the scales into his favor. That's the big problem. It doesn't matter if you clear out all the Zealots when you're trading your army away, if you don't kill the Collosus, the follow up warp in will just break you.

Taeja was doing pretty well, and was ahead all the way until he way overcommited at Ace's natural, first getting stormed from the high ground, and then not getting out of there when it became clear that he couldn't win, at which point he was in fact still ahead, but instead he lost his entire army, and then everything snowballed out of control.
