Widow mines would probably be the thing which makes Mech viable vs Zerg. That and Speed Battlecruisers for late game transition.

Still the Raven needs to be buffed.

They're only great against mech units. They're kinda good against the rest :D
You'll go full mech with double armory and shit, so when you have the need for a mobile good all purpose ground-to-ground unit, you'll have to make mecharauders.
You're not going to make siege tanks in HotS, are you?
