Thats correct
The extendet series does not only hold for the very finals.
Should MC go past symbol and Stephano lose against violet, he goes into his series against MC with a lead,
giving him another good chance against violet.

These games were horrible.
MC attempted the herO expand to third build, but incredulously built it at his natural by mistake. I can't believe pros still make those kinds of mistakes at those levels.
And Polt attempted to do a Barracks loop-de-loop around MC's bases but just didn't have the micro prowess that Barracks does.

I really don't like how MLG finals are always skewed like that. Like really we can't just have a final where the 2 players have the same requirements to win lol they got to finals geeeeeeezzzzz. Just don't think it's that entertaining to watch a player take a finals with ease when his opponent would have had to work harder simply because of how they made it through the brackets
