Starcraft 2 Players who receive three Technical Fouls in one Match will be given a One Game Penalty. After three Technical Fouls, each subsequent Technical Foul in the Match will result in another one Game penalty. When a Starcraft 2 Player receives a One Game Penalty their opponent will be allowed to select one unit, other than Probe, Drone, SCV, Zealot, Zergling, Marine, Overlord, or Queen, that the Player with the One Game Penalty won’t be allowed to create during the upcoming Game.
