And he kept losing his entire army like 30 seconds before his mothership would finish lol.

lolol. How can you call that amazing? so many shit forcefields, bad decisions, giving away units. come on, this is gsl...

Dunno, I kind of liked that though. Either DRG made a bunch of units or Ace would just kill him. It was the follow up that fucked him. Seemed especially strange to be getting mothership while trying to kill DRG. Kind of seemed like he should've either prepared for the 200 clash _or_ skipped the mother ship and aimed for colossi to counter the infestors and attack to win before bls...

yeah I don't like the commentary tonight. wolf making it sound like drg was being an idiot when he freed up supply + drained forcefields with overmade roaches, and again berating ace for having accidently had his probes path through drg's army to the 4th base instead of going directly -- just an unfortunate pathing error
That was bad play from DRG; ace made way too many forcefields. A more conservative and less frantic protoss would have had a very good chance of winning against DRG. There's freeing up supply and then there's losing lots of units for little reason. Also the "unfortunate pathing error" - yeah I think if you want to be a top player you should avoid accidentally sending all your probes into the enemy army. Of course it was a mistake but you can't make mistakes like that.

'Even Ace should know better'. What is the reason for saying that. Sounds so condescending. I will never understand the reason to talk down your own talent. Also, when you miscall most of the match that does not help your cause either.
Yeah its completely unnecessary. Imagine if they cast Football games (either version) like that x.x

The play has been pretty ordinary especially from Ace. You should have seen Tastosis when they were casting code A; they were basically contemptuous of the players.
because DRG is your average code A player? this may be code A, but I'm not sure the casters have the credentials to be (incorrectly, I believe) snarky about DRG's play -- like i said earlier it seemed freeing up supply with overmade roaches + draining ff's was a good idea, although when he did it it sounded like he just blundered

Wolf is really condescending about the players for sure. On the most recent SOTG they talked about this and agreed that it was a problem with a lot of casters ( not mentioning him specifically ) everything else about Wolf is great though.
