And someone tweet silly Wolf that of course a DT can see itself in the mirror - it's on its own team after all!
But does the mirror have to be allied too? The light from the DT has to bounce of the mirror first, but if the mirror doesn't interact with the light then the DT won't see any reflection.
Oh god. Well that's me put in my place.
Screw the games today, we need to get to the bottom of this.
*Nerd glasses* Doesn't a DT have control over its visibility - as its cloak is tied to the DT's psionic powers? It seems like it would be something that could be turned on and off just like a Zealot's psi blades - think Fenix "unsheathing" his psi blades in SC1's cinematic (Zealot's blades are manifested by the Zealot channeling his psi energy). In game it obviously makes sense that a DT (or Zealot) would always be on guard and ready for a fight. Also, Jim and Kerrigan can apparently see him even without a detector around within their meetings in SC2 cinematic. So at the very least, a DT can stop psionically bending light and reveal itself, and thus, be seen in the mirror.
I will never understand some coaching decisions... BboongBboong practices against T for one week, looks great at it. Beats T at a T favored map. So we send another T against him? (also, asd has 35% against Z). Asd must be a practice beast.
