snipe does 50 damage to psionic (queens, ghosts, infestor, high templar)
so you know only need 2 shots to kill an infestor. Before that patch you sometimes needed 3 because snipe did 45 damage and infestor have 90hp and if you had a 1 second delay between snipes the infestor regenerated enough hp so that you needed 3 snipes

Infestor is psionic, so its 2 snipes ( 2x 50 dmg > 90 hp).

It's really really hard for Zerg to secure more bases on that map, especially if he went broods he'd have really struggled to hold them. Nova was well set up for Broods too.

It's definitely winnable, but Terran gets hard to handle if they can secure the middle of the map and not be blindsided by your hive tech.

It's really easy to hold and defend 3 bases and very hard to defend more then 3 bases. So that instantly favours Terrans over Zergs, imo.
