I saw stephano lose against a no-namer doing the same strat (might have been titan?). And I remember that game looking just as one-sided. It's not just idra

Yeah even when you know it's coming it's insane.

i dont get it, he scouts the gates and knows it's a 2 base all in and yet still doesn't defend adequately

Dimaga doing great, given he's lkie 15 supply behind throughout the game. But it might not be enough.

yeah I haven't seen any scouting from feast and never building a second cannon. 2 base roach all in would probably walk all over him.

It`s still hard to stop.

Have you used this upgrade yet? it's so damn expensive to get and when Zerg scouts your fleet beacon they just tech switch. It's not as easy you claim. The fleet beacon is already going to be part of your tech if the zerg is going for hive, and the zerg shouldn't have an easy transition if he sunk ~1.5-2k+ gas in mutalisks.

MaNa did an immortal 7gate expand against zenio. How do you scout a 2 base all in?

I actually think thats one of the reason why DRG/Stephano are so good in ZvP they simply dont lose to any 2 base timing attack.

Titan's not a no-namer =/. And the difference is that Stephano/DRG defend those attacks the majority of the time. Idra rarely does.

On 3base eco it's pretty negligible, especially since you want mothership anyway. Are they? I'm pretty sure Phoenix are a bigger investment if you're trying to compete with Muta. Mutalisks hit ground units and do splash damage, Jehct. I sure hope they're a bigger investment. Dolt. I know that from a strictly monetary perspective they're more expensive, but isn't it just easier to tech switch for zerg. I feel like if you take into account the cost of switching out of the phoenix's it's not really that big of a deal.
