So why is Idra getting all the hate?

Cause Grubby was going to IEM as caster and ended up as a player ^^

And because Grubby is always a super nice person, while Idra is a fucking asshole 24/7, what goes around comes around.

Well, Idra played all his series seriously and didn't try some idiotic like 6pooling two times in a row, i have to give him that. Thought his ZvT was good enough for beating kas, it probably is as he beat Supernova, but overall, his failure is not so surprising.

Nice play by Idra, but I think Supernova was not playing his best

This was probably the best tournament for Idra in a really long time.

1. He gg'd every game he lost
2. He stayed in the games
3. He continued to play every game even after it was clear he wasn't making it through the group
4. And he actually won a game in this state!

This is definitely an improvement for guy

Supernova Obviously through that match. If he wins and gets second in the group, he has 66% chance of facing P (as groups stand now, C not finished of course, potentially 100%). If he loses and takes third, there is only a 33% chance of facing P (possibilty of 66% max).

So why is Idra getting all the hate?

lets see...

because idra thinks very highly of himself, probably as best foreigner
grubby on the other site always says he doesnt feel like being on top of things yet

idra trained in korea for the last months and claims there will be a breakout performance soon.
grubby travelled 1 day before the event by train 1 hour after knowing he would get a spot as a replacements.

grubby is awesome.

those migh be reasons! :D

Please show me a link where IdrA said either of these things and I will shut up.

Maybe follow his interviews since bw and his thoughts on other competitiors, coupled with general bad behavior, lack of respect and the fact its all now a marketable values thx to EG.

I didnt say he wasnt bm or anything like that and you can say a lot about IdrA but not that he thinks about himself that he is better then he actually is. The last time he said something like this it was true(during the beta and some months after it).
I follow him since then and I have watched read a lot of Interviews. I think you are just missinterpreting them.

Well Idra is doing something no else does. Which is Ling/Infestor into Brood Lords.

It's because it's not that good of a transition.
