Well I'm not saying that they aren't Koreans but SelecT and ReaL aren't exactly the Koreans sent from the Korean pro-teams.
Korean pro-team Koreans are still way ahead of everyone. All of them seem to be going through.

I was surprised to find Feast only on the fourth Elo page. What's he doing there? Is he a player just for the big occasions, or what? This isn't the first time I see him trashing.
He's not particularly good (especially outside of PvT) but because he was a total unknown who did okay at some LAN's (and not particularly well at others) he has extreme hype behind him.
As a foreigner you only need to play well once ever and for the next six months you'll be a potential Code S player.

They are using the stronger team colors mod, the ESV Korean Weekly also uses it.

How do you make your blue color look so cool, like on glhf.tv stream?

Violet was on a proper Korean team and played in the GSL and lived in a pro house for a long time.

I don't know if I'm alone here, but you always seem so negative X_X.
Feast has been talented for a loong while, just that until recently he hasn't been able to practice very much due to school. At least I've known about him for a while. People improve as they get more serious with the game/gets experience you know.

viOlet used to be from the Korean pro-team MVP.
ReaL I believe is just a Korean living overseas.
There is that difference...
