MLG don't like Polt. Remember his run at MLG Orlando ? Going 24-3 in the lower bracket or something silly like that. Longest run in lower bracket ever at a MLG Not a single game on stage. ![]()

On a side note, why do tournaments even have korhal? Don't they usually avoid small, uninteresting maps with a difficult to hold third base? They should.

The Casting quintuplet were excellent; TB and Apollo had great synergy as always while Khaldor and Bitter synced up very quickly. Kaelaris did a very nice job of filling in and providing excellent cover while others needed to take breaks. Semlar did a very nice job hosting; it can be tough in front of an audience that is at times a bit unresponsive, but he was confident, spoke multiple languages well, connected with the players, usuaully asked good questions, and most importantly of all he was really into everything that was going on. The tournament ran almost exactly to schedule, there was very little downtime and for the most part a choice of games to watch. Any technical difficulties were resolved very promptly. Finally I think the majority of the players really delivered some great games, and we got it capped off with some brilliant play in the semis and finals. Incredibly enjoyable watching, thanks to everyone there <3

It would still be silly not to offer. You offer it to him, let him decline(which, yes, he probably will) and then you offer it to someone else.

Err, you're complaining about a map that came out of the TL map contest... And don't talk about the ghost nerf, we didn't see proper zerg deathballs in these games. And let's be fair, Poltimus outplayed Stephano pretty heavily in macro and micro and yet kept on losing his armies to infestor ultra, the composition ghost used to counter. Enjoy the great nail-biting games!

I liked the host, better than Carmac for sure. But hosts for these tournaments in general should prepare better if they're doing interviews. You can't just ask every player how they are feeling before every match.

Yes the third is exposed and maybe it shouldnt be that easy to Siege it but and tbh there's plenty of people like me who enjoy shorter but action packed games over the so called "epic" macro games. Back and forth back and forth thats what i enjoy watching not just the i'll just sit here and try to max out while some minor skirmishes happen the we have to see on so many so called "good" Maps.

Perhaps that just threw his game off enough for people to think Stephano didn't really bring his A-game.

Thanks to ASUS for doing this tournament and job well done to casters and crew (especially TB who was in total boss mode). The only flaw in all this was the lag that I read that some viewers had. Lag hurts. ![]() ..it was perfect for me though. ![]()
