Storm isn't the best answer to mutas. Even if you have storm you can't really get out from the base. If you think storm is the answer, you obviously haven't played a lot of PvZ vs mass muta. I haven't even see a lot of pro matches that beat mass muta.

Rotterdam pointed it out really well. White-Ra had a timing where he had enough gas to tech to storm and keep the stalkers numbers up but warped in like 9 DT's instead. He defened like a total boss, but as Rotterdam also pointed out even the very best can't keep that up forever.

And I think TvZ is T favored.

In the end, it's not the end of the world. In BW it was P>T T>Z Z>P and it was fairly balanced.
