If you don't know how to post in a live report thread by now, be advised: don't whine about game balance and don't bash players/casters/interviewers/staff/other posters. And don't start the USA USA USA!!! stuff. Vote for how the Twitch.tv donation should be used here: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=301068

I once saw Sean Connery dubbed to german, one of the most cringeworthy things I've ever experienced lol +1000, I can not for the life of me understand why people tolerate (and WANT) movies, tv-shows etc dubbed O.O (Obviously ok for childrens movies but maaan, dubbing is so horrible.)

(Not implying that they'd ever do this, but yeah, teamkill in the final game is not needed) Yeah, that sounds cool for next events. It would be the fair way to go.

I think in Germany they use voice-over quite a lot aswell. In Estonia pretty much everything except Latin American soaps are with subtitles ![]()

The speakers are professional actors and they study the actor they give their voice to and usually that voice is used for that single actor forever. Everything is time-consumingly translated, including humour jokes and expressions so that they are exactly like they would be used in german + everyting is lipsync. It is actually hugely expensive and a pretty tough job. If you are used to the german voice of a certain actor, you will actually sometimes be annoyed by his real voice and feel that it the real voice sounds just wrong and does not fit^^
