Notice how winners of Dreamhack Winter and IPL3 got invites to the Blizzard Cup even though first place purse was considerably higher for NASL season 2? I hate to drag up all the old controversy, but at this point I'm assuming all the korean teams have blacklisted NASL.

It's a really messy situation. Originally, a union or organization of Korean teams call SC2Con led the pullout from the NASL, but FXO later pulled out of SC2Con. SC2Con later disbands, but apparently the ax has not been buried yet. It's a pity really.
