You could be right, you could be wrong, but it doesn't matter, because how the game really is after analysing the data and breaking down every bits and pieces of math afterwards is irrelevant. What really matters to most general viewers is how the game appears to be at that moment; This is what creates the excitement for people and therefore what is embedded into their memory, not how the game could of theoretically played out, not how the technical math and numbers would of worked out.
So regardless if you're actually right or wrong, at that moment, to the general audience, the game appears to contradict what you're saying. No one really sits there and analyse the in-game stats and theory-crafting during the game. You're just absorbed by the moment, the whole story, the atmosphere; what's at stake, and the build up. Being the last year-end tournament, after a 3-0 lead where everyone thought DRG is done for, but coming back 3 games in a row, into a last final game; after pushing back and forth in the middle, it definitely appears to be an epic game for most people, and therefore, one of the biggest moment of SC2 history, period.
