Well.. To be honest it wasn't fair for the people paying for premium to have a free stream with just as good quality.

It was not "just as good" quality are you kidding me? It was barely watchable. Those who pay are getting MUCH better quality than that, not to mention the major reason to pay is VOD access.

I have paid for it before and i can tell you that the quality is the same. 360p doesnt mean bad quality, right now it is 360p on twitch as well but it looks MUCH worse than yesterday.

Yes, 360p is definitely bad quality, especially if you've paid for it. Most services have 360p as the free option and then have 720 or 1080 to those who pay.

And that it says 360p for todays stream on twitch only means that that's the quality of the stream itself. It's probably restreamed from a much lower quality than that.
