I lol'd. But that's why they put him with Wheat, Wheat's really enthusiastic.

Hero, MC and Tyler are in, i think another, too HE IS NOT IN THAT GROUP. How hard is it to look for the right group... He is in the group with: Bomber, Puma, Kiwikaki and Sheth. Indeed and he's doing his usual run it seems.
Anaheim 0/10 in maps, 0/5 in games. Raleigh 0/10 in maps, 0/5 in games.
Atm he is at 1/6, 0/3, heading for another 0/5. He'll probably be in pool play next season anyways, because mlg's system is fairly retarded.

Who would you say is better? I think he is the best foreigner and I am almost 100% sure he has got the most potential in terms of talent. There is absolutely no right answer to this in the foreign scene. There is no one with a total package game right now. The three closest answers are Dimaga, Idra, and Sen. Stephano has been showing results, but he certainly has big holes in his total game. Fortunately for him so far, the things he is doing good is making up for the things he doesn't have down perfect. If you can't tell, his big weakness are his late game mechanics. His strong points are his decision making/early mid game and decent micro.
Stephano is the whole package, as well. He demonstrated much better play in IPL 3 and is strong in all three MUs and at all stages in the game.
His ZvP is probably his weakest MU, but even in this MU he managed to beat Inori in IPL 3.

Just guess sub-30% winrate in TLPD last 2 months i beleive yea he is in a major slump..or just koreans I will always fear the player who is always close but loses becaues that means with just a little improvement he will win pretty much everything. When Incontrol says the games are close, they often aren't although I have to say he has actually looked slightly better this week and took a game off Sheth. Tbh, his ladder record isn't stellar and its NA. We saw MC absolutely wreck NA GM in a few days and got to no 1 with 89% winrate. We've seen Stephano destroy EU and if you don't meet progamers, you should go 20-1 in games. Incontrol still loses to random nobodies on ladder in straight up macro games. He simply isn't on the level of the other people in pool play, so its not really a slump, he's just worse, so we shouldn't expect more of him.

I just can't see how the guy can be in pools any more Because the Koreans come for only one event and that messes with the system. The system is based on everyone coming to every event, because it's how the Halo and all the other events worked cause everyone always came. Problem is the Koreans don't come to every event. They're there one event and gone the next. That messes with the rankings and iNcontrol stays in pool play because of it. So basically you could have the choice of iNcontrol not being in pool play, or having Koreans come.
iNcontrol is 12th in ranking he would be in pools regardless.
It is the same as how MVP is top 16 even though he has only been to one MLG he has enough rank points from being 1st in that MLG to qualify for the next few
iNcontrol got third at Dallas and has points from 22nd to stay at 12 in rank points

The guy stephano 4-0ed last week? oh yeah i know him no, that was actually Lucky. stc is sick good, don't be butthurt over stephano. Why do you guys pretend saying 4-0 instead of 3-1 changes the point? Why does one Bo5 mean that the player is better than the other player? Should we point out all the Bo5 upsets that have happened and declare the underdogs to be better? Agreed, but at the same time this doesnt prove that thestc is better then Stephano. Which is why you wait to put people up there as the best. Problem is everyone seems to just jump on these things. "omg that was the best tvt ever" "omg that was the sickest baneling bomb ever" "omg *insert player here* is playing better than anyone ive seen" That happens every single event and people just jump to these conclusions so fast. I didn't put stock in Polt after the Super Tournament, I waited to see what he followed it up with. Same with Stephano. I'm waiting to see what he follows it up with. People jump to far too many conclusions after 1 event. It is one event only if you count only those that you watched and discount all the other games he played. It is not like he is new on the scene and has been to IPL only. He is not new Trimaster, he won more tournaments and earned his place in the group of top foreigner players even before IPL.

It's all subjective. My top 3 would prolly be Thorzain, Idra, DIMAGA/Sen/Stephano but again im scandinavian so ofcourse im optimistic towards Thorzain and americans will often be optimistic towards Idra. Imo you cant really make a top 3 since ppl win tournaments one week then drop out the next, the top players are to close.
