At Foxwoods, at least (in CT), they have one security guard at the entrance to the casino floor. They don't really need them walking around the floor because it's implied you're fine if you got past the first guy.
I've never been to Caesar's, so IDK their exact setup, but it makes sense it would be something similar to Foxwoods.
When I was at the Monte Carlo you actually had to walk through the casino when going to/from the hotel room. Of course there's so many cameras and eyes around that when I even touched a machine when talking to someone who was using it, I was quickly asked for ID or step away.

No. Their group is already "finished". They decided not to play the rest of the matches because of in-game lag or something, so the first two games are the only games that will be played. Everyone agreed with that, so group results are:

IdrA had not scouted ra, scouted the position at 4:40.
Ra blocks at the last second with a gateway but then cancels it. on 5:13 he makes a cybercore with a small opener for his first zealots that is finished at 5:34.
Idra taking a 3rd hatchery before the rocks and trys to take down the rocks with 6 lings right now.
That 3rd hatch will be a macro hatch.
Ra taking his 3rd gas on his natural, not a 4th has been taken.

The first zealot of Ra whent to the 3rd of idra, idra micro's his lings nicely and takes down the zealot.
