Interesting notes: Due to bracket placement both IM and Slayers can have a teamkill finals. Both IM and SlayerS lost only one player moving from round of 16 to round of 8 ( although Happy vs Losira was a teamkill) 2 IM beat Startale players. 2 Slayers players beat FXO players All 3 IM players moving on were the winners of their ro32 groups 2 Slayers players moving on won thier ro32 groups , mma was second in his group. Clide is a boss!
Good post, thanks, I'll add that in OP, wanted to do it last time and forgot.

Trust me, to continue watching SC2 in the quality and quantity that we get now, you want Terrans to get big nerfs that have been coming from Day1 of Sc2 launch.

Bomber choking again. Didn't show anything near to his best play.

Holy shit I had to go to class, DRG lost??!?! WOW

Whole day spent doing nothing in University ( professors cancelled classes over and over again).
how amazing was today from 0 to 10?

Thank god Nestea-MVP is a bo5 this time.
I really want to believe that Nestea can explode and at least turn it into an epic series as a bo5 between the two best players in the world should be. After all, Nestea probably only practiced zvt for the last 2 months and he played against mvp literaly like a thousand times. There will be a lot of metagame going on there and Nestea is pretty good at that.
Will be tough to top today's zvts though.

and what sort of basis do you make this claim on today?
not terran's fault zerg players just collapse and give up after incurring a disadvantage
we all knew that supernova was dead after being contained on 4 bases to dong's 6th, but the fact that he held on gave the game the illusion that it was closer than it actually was. 3rd game was just awful, period, getting the defenceless hatch sniped.
not to mention dong dude has no noteworthy code s achievement either, so i fail to see how he is highly favoured in the first place.

Thing is TvZ has balanced stats and the Zergs losing narrowly today had nothing to do with balance they just played badly. Do you feel like DRG and Leenock couldnt have won 1 more game because of balance?
If yes you are just clueless and if no why bring it up here.

Aww cool ^-^. I find tracking team results to be as interesting as watching individuals play. I mean every team has it's very consistent stars but I think over time watching team results will give us a glimpse at which ones truly have the deepest rosters. Especially when we add in data from Code A and the GSTL.

And I mean fantasy-esque gg timings right there.
Watched supernova hold on for so long on 4 bases for most of the game, think he did a great job although he lost, but he turned it into a great game anyhow. And dong had pull to out the /dance, okay fair enough - we're good sports, but he proceeded to get promptly beaten in the 3rd set without even putting up a fight.
I don't blame people for playing badly and losing, but if you drone drilled and lost too much, then maybe you should just gg right there and everyone would understand. If you decide to play on, then play on. Not lose a couple units and then gg...only fantasy is allowed to do that.
Supernova played with a sizeable disadvantage in income and still gave it all he got. Dong dude just flat out quit. Not looking forward to him again. Maybe it's the overhype. At least idra is a colourful personality outside the game. Wut? I though fantasy GG timing was continuing to drag out a game even though it was clear you had lost ages ago. Which isn't really the same thing as giving up. Am I missing something? http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=195375 kinda, in the sense that you play on...without actually playing. then you suddenly realise you should gg. that's what i meant, and that's exactly what happened for a bit. he was straight up fucking dead. What are you complaining about? Best Gold leaguer analysis of the day, jesus christ. i would post my league here, but that really isn't the point. okay, he was down a gold base and some workers. just as shitty a situation as supernova was in, in game 2. notice the difference. like i said, if u just gg after losing an important fight then no one would say a thing, but if you play on and just leave abruptly 1 minute later it is nothing short of a letdown.
he wanted to make sure he was dead, it is his code s championship on the line not yours. He had 2 bases, about 20 workers. Zero banelings and little to no gas income vs 3 base terran with a gold and up about 40 supply in marines medivac.. It's not up to the spectators to decide when pro players should leave. Supernova was never in that bad of a position. There is no reason any pro gamer shouldn't have the courtesy to try to see if there is any angle to exploit to come back in a game after on something as important as the finnal game in a bo3 for a 70,000$ tournament. When you get better which im sure you will if you practice, you would have a better idea of how hard it is to make a descision like that based on limited information. We are specators we can see the whole map, the players cant. Sometimes you have to poke out a bit to make sure your actually dead.

With your massive 56 post count (in no way i am saying i am experienced), you are truly a veteran and active member in the E-sport scene. What we see, today, is a pure game design flaw that enables terran to be much more unpunishible than other races and incrdibly hard to finish off as Z.

A lot of players like to see analyze the situation/scout a little before gging. Nothing wrong with that.

4/4 liquidbet aww yeah, just as i predicted. supernova is underrated and dongreagu's zvt is being figured out.

By that logic, yes.
But I don't think anyone's TvT is on par with MVP's.
Maybe taking a game. Certainly not in a series.
