Turns out it's just the way the format works that there will always be 15 spots in Code A (rather than the normal 16), because the MLG Code S seed means max of 7 players move in from Code A and 8 move down from Code S. This means there are 17 players already in Code A rather than 16 before the format change. ...Huh. Interesting.
Actually Ryung took Rain's Up and down spot, and from there went to code S, Rain didnt have a code A spot. So yeah this is Sheth's spot

At the very least that leaves Cella with enough time to actually do his coaching job instead of playing in GSL like oGsTheWind had to do. It kinda felt like Cella lost on purpose and DRG's interview and the fact that Cella didn't seem sad about losing. He probably wanted to test his skill and make sure that he was still Code A material, but didn't want to take on player responsibility.
Thing is, Cella could be happy enough about the fact that he wouldn't have to do double duty, explaining why he wasn't as affected about the whole thing. To be honest, I feel that Cella is good enough to regularly stay in Code A and that he could slip into Up and Down level regular if he wanted to simply play.
