Think it's the same reason that NASL/MLG always has long breaks. They want specific players but they also have to give them time to set up and warm up.

I don't know how all these progamers do it, either 80% of all girls in Korea look like models, these Korean pros have more game than they appear to have, or progaming gives you some kind of baller nerd status. From what I've heard through TL it apparently is a combination of the first two.
