Is the Blue stream lagging for anyone else? Red was fine for Idra/Boxer but switching over Blue is lagging hardcore

MMA playing uncharacteristically badly. What's up with the amount of resources that he's floating? Especially that gas - either I'm missing something, or MMA isn't managing resources well.
