A 200 protoss army against a MUCH inferior zerg army that has 70 supply in roaches. If zerg can tech up to broodlord infestors in that matchup it's not hard at all to come out on top unless the protoss has like mass voidrays and you have no corrupters
If he had emp'd then all destiny has to do is back off, rain still can't attack into his army.

QFT. Destiny clumped his infestors A LOT. A couple good EMPs (and he had at least 5-10 chances, in range) would have changed that game completely.

Blue Flame Helions are actually a good counter to Destiny's 1 style. He has to get Roaches; hence his Infestors will be heavily delayed as he cannot save up all his gas by making mass Ling. Smart smart.

Destiny could potentially have done a lot of damage with his roaches, but he just seems uncomfortable doing anything without infestors.

Rain's hellion harassment was amazingly effective given Destiny had 20+ roaches out...
Time to see whether Destiny can turtle with infestors till greater spire!

I don't necessarily think infestor broodlord is overpowered but the way destiny plays it is one of the most abusive styles I've seen, period. His entire plan is to turtle up to the composition even if he falls 15 harvesters behind a terran and a base behind.
