Rain needs to learn to use ghosts! If there were even just a 4-5 ghosts, either the gglords would be getting sniped to hell or rain wouldn't have to donate all of his vikings every time he makes a few

There's no excuse for Rain to not have 3/3 on his Marines right now. Fungal Growth makes upgrades less useful, but his units are constantly getting small shots off that don't do nearly as much as they should.
