Fuck yeah. I believed.

You probably should have spent less time believing in Huk and more time believing in Sage.

To be fair

I didn't know who Sage was cause I didn't do research

lol.

Holy shit man, Sage is raping you. =/

No amount of research could have predicted the awesomeness :O

Oh really?

Anyone know who the first two for the games tomorrow are? Gonna guess random B-teamer from IM and Moonan.

I'm sorry but is anybody else teary eyed seeing a foreigner representing the best team in Korea in the ace match between two of the best teams in the GSL after so many years of Korean BW dominance?

HUK SMASH HIM!

T^T!!!!!

Best team in korea? HAHA

If 1/4 of the players from the most prestiges league in the world are in this team. Then yeah, this team is the best team in Korea.

IM is definitely the best Korean team imo, I'd put their 4 best vs any team and bet on it

IM is probably the best team in GSTL when it comes to coaching and aces but overall oGs is the best team for individual leagues etc.

Its strange. Just a month ago, before he won the super tournament, everyone said Polt was a cheesy 1/2 base all-inner. Infact, when it was down to the MMA/Polt Final, the consensus was that MMA would have an easy win cause Polt cheesed his way to the final. Now, athough after the Super tournament Polt hasn't really done anything and bombed out of the July S-Class tourney, TL is flooded with angry posters who wonder why he wasn't picked over MKP, who's also a decent player.

How fickle the TL crowd is.

Personally I think both Polt and MKP are kinda overrated. One was lucky in the super tourney (come on, going against MC who went crazy greedy two games in a row???) and the latter chokes whenever it comes down to the wire. They're both great SC players, but they don't have the consistency that players such as MC, Nestea and Bomber has shown. (although I do hope MC varies his go to air off two bases build a bit, what happened to his 7 gate, or 5 gate rushes?)

You're only as good as your last win/loss here, it's ridiculous. Nevermind even the best BW and SC2 players lose 30-40% of the time depending on matchup.

Anyway I don't know what happened to MC's aggro prolly left it in Korea. He seems addicted to stargates and long games now.

It's funny how the GSTL works. It's basically just predicting who's going to all kill FXO next lmao.

Rofl at the people saying MarineKing is overrated. Yeah, you make 3 finals by being overrated. I swear people are dumb sometimes.

He shouldn't have all-in'd there, he is the better player and should have won if he just played standard. Oh well.

I really love to argue with MKP fanboys. He is overrated in the sense that people call him a God of terran where as he is not even the best terran on his team.
Yea he made his way to 3 finals, but so did fruitdealer win a GSL but now he is just a average player now.

You should relax instead of acting like an internet tough guy and talking trash about StarCraft players who are infinitely better than you. Life is more enjoyable that way.

dude didnt even say mkp was terribad. he said he doesnt understand why is he so beloved when his playstyle is subpar in comparison with some other macro beasts.

and honest to good, i also dislike his style. everybody bashes bitbybit, while foxer does similiar things and gets the fame for it. first two seasons he didnt do anything BUT allin.

he got better, yeah, 60% in gsl speaks for itself. but in the long run i think he'll fade away.

Which macro beasts? All these terrans that always queue-up scv lol?

ogsNada, ogsTOP, sCfou... guys that shine when u give them some space (meaning when u go for FE also, and then u loose to a "race that needs to do dmg early on")

Foxer-Nada game two seasons ago, foxer did wonders early game with marines, got super-super ahead, and then Nada just raped him. look that game up. that's what i mean when i say macro terran.

Lol you are so funny. MKP used bio against bio tanks LOL. It should not even work, and it didn't worked. Just look some replays of him if you wanna see his "macro", he has beast macro even with high ping. Oh and he was 3-2 and 3-1 against sCfOu...
The fact that he is the terran with the best control doesn't mean that he has not a good macro.
His weakness is his "mental"/dealing with pressure / confidence not his macro or whatever.

Just bloody enjoy the win, for god sake.

He lost to TheBest in a bo3 in last week's Korean weekly, at this point I'm starting to think he's bound for Code A given his group is the toughest.

Didn't he qualify for NASL, win the SK Champions Trophy and FXO Invitational Series two or so weeks ago? I don't think the Korean Weekly's are exactly the best representation of skill.

Isn't a bit too convenient to only look at the GSL games? His TLPD information seems to indicate that he's won 9/11 games in the Asia Champions Trophy tournament.

Cuz those matter right?

If GSL is the only thing that matters huk is pretty mediocore.

?? Then there is a lot of mediocre players in the gsl. I won't even dare mention all the "mediocre" players that haven't even managed go through the qualifiers...

He might have taken the criticism of him being a cheesy 2-base all-inner to heart (a little too much to heart, because either MC knows something I don't about the viability of a nice strong 2-base timing attack, or he's not being as unpredictable as he could be).

Consistent? Huk JUST broke out and all his accomplishments have been clumped into a period of a month. We don't have as big of a sample size for huk as we do marineking, but if getting knocked out early in a GSL means you're not good then who the fuck is good? He got to the round of 4 just prior to that, note that no one who would we consider the top 3 in the world right now made it as far, and he had the toughest group.

The only guy that outplayed MarineKing in micro/macro/upgrades was Cliiide in one previous GSL. Artosis said Clide was by far the best SC 2 player for the first months. He was probably right
