Morrow had it won for the past 20 minutes but just refused to finish it and instead did nothing but run around defending drops. It may have looked back and forth but Select had no chance of winning there at all. That might be true but morrow ofcause dident know exactly what select had in units to defend.

Players can't always see the whole picture and in the heat of the moment miscalculate the opponent's force and economy. I can't blame Morrow for playing it safe and not risking the win. He did what he felt was best at the situation and if the game has to take 40 mins for a player to come to a winning conclusion, then so be it.

Terran only needing one mining base to support good production essentially makes it impossible for other races to do any kind of meaningful harass. It's just not very fun. Yeah I don't really like it either, and I even play terran myself

Select is more experienced then morrow and quite obviously has more stamina than most pros, dont think wearing select down was his goal seeing as he is wearing himself out as well.

It seemed like he was just playing defensive even though he had the whole map. There was a window when he got broodlords and there were no vikings out, but for some reason no attack? I couldn't understand Morrow's play.

Well, defending drops during 50min sound more tiring than doing them. Morrow has great stamina for an non korean player, but Select is not human in term of stamina lol.

No, at HSC Dimaga played against Socke and got a 50-70 Supply advantage, instead of finishing him he let Socke mass up Voidrays which owned him.

I know that it can be extremely hard to tell how far ahead you are, or if you are even ahead at all, in the heat of the game and Select was doing an amazing job of keeping Morrow in a defensive mindset. It's just irritating how many people are running around screaming "epic game" when it was anything but.

You should check Dimaga vs Happy as well, long drawn out game on TA where Happy come back and win from an almost 100 supply deficit too.
