It's a clause not a full sentence.

SKINCARE TERRAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On face value, it does seem silly that an open tournament would negate the 3 month regular season, but keep in mind that no one really "qualified' for the regular season either.
It was basically a popularity contest based on how well you could talk about yourself into a webcam.

Pretty sure Puma won more games than people like whitera against much harder opponents to make it there

dude, are you serious? one is an open bracket tournament that took what, 1 day? where anyone can play? the other one took MONTHS and had only top invited opponents.

It's fragmented sentence because the phrase "such as these" is not necessarily clear enough as to properly define or dictate what the object being talked about is doing or not doing. Specifically the phrase "When I read comments" can be understood as a complete sentence but upon inserting "such as these" you create a clause that is hanging.
However, the original sentence "When i read comments such as these, I ask myself whether there are protoss players to whom PvT isnt the weakest MU." is alright as a sentence--for the most part. It would be more "accurate" if it was "Whenever I read a comment similar to what you have just said, I have to ask myself whether or not there is a protoss player whose weakest matchup is not PvT."
However, in fairness, that is a ridiculously dumb sentence to say since it's far too dense and far to extended to be, as linguists like to say, a grammatical form of speech.

Ya, I would say Pumas road to the finals was harder than any player who went through the group stages. Puma had to win every match In a tournament that was filled with a lot of top Korean players.

yeah how did Puma get here?

Yes, because the guys Puma defeated in the open bracket were randoms.

I'm pretty sure he thinks he just won 50,000 Korea Won which comes out to 47$ USD.

lol the word "When" at the beginning of the sentence makes it an adverb clause (who what when where why) that need to be followed by what will happen when that "When" happens. So, "When I wash the dishes....." needs to be followed by what will happen when you wash the dishes, ie "I want my friend to call."

Puma looked like the best player in the entire tournament. He deserved the win.

Well, to be fair, Puma's games were also against top opponents.

Maybe some of his opponents were much harder but that isn't really the point... the point is the time and effort expenditure. How many times did the other koreans have to get up in the middle of the night to meet and play their opponent?

No doubt puma was awesome.

Anyone who thinks Puma had an easy road is completely blind.
