Things aren't looking good for him. MC knows HuK pretty well so I'm sure he can conjure something up for him. But that goes both ways. HuK had the upper hand in HSC3 so I'm really looking forward to their match. As bad as it sounds I don't think MC will be raging / crying if he loses to HuK on the basis that HuK is a good friend and MC just made a smooth 25k

With so much time to prepare, players come out with perfectly prepared build/timings. However, when such build/timing fails, because it's just too perfectly planned out, we do not get a long intense game but rather one landslide victory. Either win game 1 and win it all, or fail game 1 and lose it all. Unlike the Finals(-esque[better build order player winning rather than more skilled player winning]) Games, it's more of Build Order fight. But with drastic number of games like NASL format (many tightly scheduled games), it is unusual to be a build order fight. It will be a Finals of more skilled player coming on top, solely depending on players dedication and practice and talent. And with such practice and commitment to the game, it will only result in Good Games." Although I LOVE the fact that the winner of the GSL is not only the better player mechanically, but also the more strategically intelligent player overall both inside the game and outside the game--as a viewer there is something awesome about removing the "preparedness" and "perfection" of the GSL finals. The more rugged and dirty fighting that foreign finals have is just sooo awesome.

Oh well he still won. Anyway was the best finals from sc2 i have seen. unlucky? he was out played. only reason he won game 7 was because mc decided to go all in and it didn't work. Maybe if Protoss wasn't simply better than Terran in a classical late-game situation, Puma would have won 4-0. ... I believe, Puma showed us today that this is not the case. Remember the game on metalopolis where he was down 40-50 supply against 200/200 toss and won due to incredible ghost control? Ghosts really gave Puma the upper edge in his winning games but Mc had incredible army control with his HT feedback which allowed him to force a game 7.

I think you must have missed Bomber and Polt's matches with MC before =p PvT is clearly MC's weakest matchup, but as you can see, its still friggin' beastly o_O When I read comments such as these, I ask myself whether there are Protoss players to whom PvT isnt the weakest MU. When I read comments like these I wonder if English is your first language. What do you mean? That is not a complete sentence. It is two sentences in fact When i read comments such as these / I ask myself whethere there are protoss players to whom PvT isnt the weakest MU. Alicia? Tassadar? No, I mean good like MC, but winning against any, or at least not losing against a no name Terran. There are no such Protoss players. The funny thing is, every other week there is some new Terran dude, who can own the best Toss players, and I ask myself, why is that. User was temp banned for this post.

He had to qualify through the open tournament. He beat some of the best koreans/foreigners to make it to NASL. It was probably harder for him to qualify then the people who made it in through groups.
