These no shows are getting out of hand. It's so sad to see players not taking a tournament as big as this seriously.

yeah think players need to be reminded that even if they cant qualify for the main event, they have a moral obligation to the tournament and the viewers to make an effort to play.. im sure things come up and some simply couldnt make it. but given the number of no shows seems like at least some just didnt care to come.

maybe nasl can put in a system that penalizes excessive no shows by making them not eligible for next tourney if players cant provide a good reason or warn nasl in advance

Brat had a playoff spot to fight for as well so I dont know why he skipped at all. Goody had nothing to fight for but Brat at least had a shot at making it tofinal 16
