Taldarim altar is the future of Starcraft 2.

This back and forth action in Kas vs Mana is what made BW so great to watch, and we can finally see it in sc2 on taldarim altar.

If this game was on metalopolis close positions it would have been over in 7 minutes. Instead we get epic back and forth micro battles, expansions all across the map, drops and comebacks.

We need bigger maps like Taldarim in the map pool ASAP!

I know enough about the game to know that that kind of move rarely pays off unless you have extra defense protecting your production facilities.

It's nothing to do with Koreans. White Ra played well when he wasn't messing around, but the other three players so far have not. I just like to watch good play, nothing to do with nationalities.

if he did it earlier it would definitely be worth it

but i mean even without that nexus mana has a fully functional economy
and when kas did kill 2 bases (at the cost of his entire army) mana had already built up a giant 200/200 army

these games just show that kas has absolutely NO clue about timings or anything related to timings at all

My apologize, its just that Kas is that good and i wouldnt question him or his decisions.
Hes just having a bad day, which could be seen by him rage-quiting 2 games against Socke in BDL.

Yeah sure, professional player, who plays like 50 games every day and is 6 GM Europe has no clue about timings. And you judge from a one game.

You are still being a douche-bag. There are ways to express your opinion without baiting people into angry replies.

LOL please don't associate BW with that level of play.

Well if you watched MLG there was some 'top' players getting made to look like jobbers. Within the pro community there are still massive differences in skill and understanding of the game.

i never said kas was bad
i personally think kas is an amazing terran and very good at this game
however he plays a style of terran that doesn't rely on timings which mana is clearly abusing as in last game, where he did a 4 gate into a double expansion while rushing templar tech, this leaves a HUGE timing window that kas literally did not touch or think of touching

Kas should of won game 2 regardless, I called it gg way in advance the ppl quoting me for it made me laugh :D

But I think the problem is that these guys are too used to international tournaments, this is european player exclusive and I think they just should play as they should on ladder unless a certain player is famously known for specific builds
