That wasn't just a sick snipe build, that was also excellent execution. definitely sick execution, but theres some players on ladder that have sick blink micro. nudge nudge

Exactly - you might see that 'strat' being pulled off, but your regular ladder player won't be able to do anything close to the damage from what Frozen did.

Lets face it, if you actually play this game at a decent level you aren't going to remove it, it is one of the few decent maps in the pool.
This, I will never unthumb Slag pit, scrap or delta.

That stupid low ground only exists in Tal'darim Altar - LE.
Added a path for cliff walking units just outside of the natural expansion leading into the starting base. With this addition, we believe that players will be less likely to just sit back and defend their natural.

Can someone explain what happened? I was afk.
He used the back ridge to blink over with vision, if Keen had SCV's ready for the Stalkrs they Keen could have held but he got played, Blink only has an 8second cooldown, once he jumped back it would take him 16secons to get back but Keen waited there and lost his bunkers and conga-lined his units in which got sniped

I like this broodwar-esque shirt thing that seems be happening, hopefully it continues lol

Yeah...until they snipe the building.

Cliff or no cliff, Blink stalkers off 3gate always feels like hard counter when to 1 rax expand if you don't get Marauders quickly after expand. Without that gully, Frozen could still shutdown the expansion and then maybe even pick off the wall/get into the main. Wouldn't have been as much of an auto-win but the map only did a little bit to help out.

Violet still plays WC3? daamn

Holy shit, those maps are in the pool aren't they xD thumbed down for so damn long no one remembers them any more

This talk in between matches are just making me cringe. They should just rehearse some small-talk cause improvising doesn't work.

Yup, it can be shot down of course then.

someone should explain to the casters the term "sniping", because it turns out anybody who beats another player sniped him...

Can Moletrap try not to ignore doa's jokes all the time? The man is trying!

If they can see enough of the ledge to blink up to it they'll be able to see the depot and kill it. It might stall the stalkers for a few seconds, but it certainly won't stop the rush. Maybe a bunker full of marines would work, though, but if you spend that much on defending the ledge they can just walk in through the front.

Doa downplaying frozen....it wasn't just the abuse, it was the execution. I'm disliking this kid more and more.
