The only thing i can think of why he is using overlords is when u A move, the stalkers will target the OLs first, before the aggro of roaches gets the stalkers to shoot them, maybe .... hehe .. When you have the mass of stalkers you're usually going to have lategame PvZ, it's more efficient to target them with health bars on.

lol a very nice game voidray+pheonix -> hydra+roach -> colosus+gateway unit -> roach + corruptor -> blink stalker + immortal -> roach + broodload + mass queen

That only works when ur so far ahead you have no way of losing.
If you spend all ur gas on Overseers what can you re max on? Mass lings? Then you die to anything.

It's to confuse blink micro (i.e. blinking out injured stalkers), which is easier to do via the main screen (with health bars) than via the wireframe, once you have more than 24 stalkers (as somebody else pointed out). And the Overseers were just manner, like Terran MULES.

I've always thought that if you have extra minerals and supply and you've used up all your larva, you might as well just make queens to macro your resources better, especially in the early mid game.

And suddenly the Protoss is back in the fight. Not sure, he made a lot of queens early to defend against air, I guess he had like 2 or 3 queens with maxed energy.

They take up supply, and the way this zerg did it is not very smart now is it ? He won the fight because he already won the match 7 minutes before that engagement, but with a bit of luck and the protoss sniped the broodlords, the zerg would be low on larva, not being able to remax and suddenly giving the protoss time to grab the gold.
I like the idea of transfuse, but there are so many variables that makes it really risky and\or not worth it.

Was it bomber who danced in front of the other team that one time?

those overlords prevented stalkers so they can't be micro blink

I don't think that's necessarily completely true, but it's important to remember that Queens are situational units, are super slow, and they take up 2 supply each.

they cost 2 supply, that eats into zergs supply pretty badly, they are a race about swarming and most of their units are 2 supply... I think it's a cool idea to bring your queens for that "final" push, but making 5 extra queens to accomodate your 5 queens transfusing is huge, that's 10 supply, which could be more broodlords.

i think in the future you will see Zerg players add alot more queens either early/mid game and then have ovie speed/drop to micro tranfuse their late game units =)
atleast, that is what i hope/think will happen with time, because...
IT'S SUPER EFFECTIVE

oh.... why?
. . . wait I can inject larvae with multiple queens to one hatch? (or I can have lots of queens but no actual bulk of an army that is more mobile given that queens each are 2 supply?)
