Yes we are going to have 1-2 tournaments this school year so that all of the seniors can play @boon2537 Dont worry its a ranking of everybody so you'll fit right in where you're supposed to @ AKcommie You can join a team from another school yes, especially if your one of the only players at your school @ GrapeD No you don't have to use your schools mascot, for instance my schools mascot is the wildcats, but our team name is sinister titans, so completely different @ jamster1211 As long as your on the US server thats fine, it would be great to see people from that far away playing :D | ||

Each set of the bo5 or bo7, the coach will pick 1 player to go up. In the first set, neither side knows the starting player. The winner of the first set stays, while the loser of the first set is eliminated and cannot play for the rest of the bo5 or bo7. You keep playing until you lose to another player. The first to 3 set wins or 4 set wins, wins the Team Match. Don't worry seniors, there will be a mini season or team league tournament before you graduate! and lots of individual 1v1 tournaments too ofc, and all the showmatches you want to schedule | ||

Don't worry seniors, there will be a mini season or team league tournament before you graduate! and lots of individual 1v1 tournaments too ofc, and all the showmatches you want to schedule not really my place but just some ideas don't you think the gstl format will be unfair for some of the not as good players? like some ppl had said before, not everyone is going to be a diamond+ player and most people will just want to have fun with that being said, winners league is the same as gstl, basically where the winner goes on to the next set and keeps playing until he loses however, this would be bad for players if one particularly strong player participates, as not only will the other team basically get all-killed (if they arent that good) but then players on their own team won't be able to participate pro-league basically works like this: each team will put a different player for each set, this way everyone (except perhaps for later sets) will be able to play, and there won't just be one dominating player | ||

We decided against the proleague idea because even though there will of course be all kills, the better team will still win and there is a lot more strategy involved, say you go up against a really good Protoss and then you can put in a player who is great vs protoss, this way it also creates a more of a team bonding because instead of just a series of 1v1's it's using your particular skill that you bring to the team. Also as much as we want everyone to have fun we want to find the best players and teams on a separate basis, so the best player may not be on the best team because the best team is designed to play as a team to win those clanwar style games. We of course though will continue to listen to the community and any feedback is greatly appreciated and if there is an outcry for that type of clanwar we will certainly look at changing it. | ||
