Because it was BO5 though, NesTea was able to adapt, and learn to defend it, where MKP lost because he didn't know how to adopt or play a different style. MKP lost because he was in choke, not cuz he didn't know how to adapt lol. Dimaga vs MVP shows that it's really really hard to win as terran.

I think the problem was the the focus was on Nestea, MVP and MC, while he just thought someone would take July out. HuK wasn't a bad idea, nor was Moonglade, but I would never ever send someone like Jinro against July, especially seeing how MorroW dealt with him in the TSL. A better idea might have been to send out Jinro as 1st as he can play any match-up solidly and surprise even himself by it and keep MorroW for the ZvZ, because his ling micro is as sick as July's or Dimaga's. In the end however, though the players on the foreign team could and did take out the Korean Terrans and Protoss, I don't think any of them had the skill and gamesense necessary to stand a good chance against someone like Nestea or July; simply because these two guys are sick and while foreign Protoss and Terran metagame might be on par with the Korean one, Korean play in Z match-ups is unrivaled.

I was about to take a bite of a sandwich and had to put it down. Tastless was like, "And MC bringing out his... MC board..." That's the thing he won from the.. fOu? Prime clan? He went to some team's house and all-killed them, basically, so he got a big sign from them. Not sure. Amazing tournament, especially for a "friendly" event. And to all the people trying to draw conclusions about who's better than who -- just relax a little and enjoy the great series we just saw. You can't "prove" anything about anyone, let alone generalize about whole regions, based on a few games. On top of which, there's still the 1v1 tournament to come, which should be interesting after how close this series was.

Great job by Team World, holding their own against the best Korea had to offer. Makes me happy for the future of Starcraft 2. ^_^

Nestea being a clutch final boss as always. Really awesome matches over all though. Also, has anyone noticed that the best ZvZer in the world is named "Jae-duck?" (=

It's like Select. He's not American...he goes to school in America... Wait, what? If HuK was born and raised in the US, you'd still consider him Canadian? (not saying he was, just in theory) Nearly all Americans came from some other country and just migrated here, unless they're of Native American descent. I'm asian but was born & raised here, so I'm American, that's just how it works. Select is a different story, of course
