The player selection does seem fair though, nice job with this Xeris.
[NASL] Players (final) - Page 189
Forum Index > StarCraft 2 Tournaments |
Players such as Jinro, HuK, and Adelscott did not apply for this tour, so don't ask why they aren't on this list. DIMAGA, Kas, and LaLush turned applications in late so they will not appear either. Please take some time to learn who exactly applied. Please inform yourself about who applied and who didn't.

iNcontrol EG.Machine Vibe DDE Stalife INcontrol is at least a big part of the community but the other guys only claim to fame is being okay, or in Machine's case, being the worst player in EG

There is a list of 50 players. There's a website. It has a number with a dollar sign in front of it. I want to see some stuff blown up. I want to see cheese. I want to saw flawless macro. I want to see rage. I want to see epic comebacks. I want to see an army move-commanded into another. Complain about something awesome: Why am I not watching epic games yet? Let's put a positive spin on this whining. I want to see stuff explode and I'd like to see stuff explode now... and go Squirtle.

Some people have commented on them not being very professional or unorganized, I think just the opposite. They had very strict and specific guidelines so they could meet their own deadlines which resulted in some people getting thrown under the bus. It sucks for the players, but it's so the league runs without a hitch.

Just curious thought, since presumably Huk and Jinro aren't going to prep for GSL, but guys like MC are there, does that mean MC might be taking a break for a korean tournament or two?

Mistakes like in Nightend's case are going to happen the first season but an honest apology instead of trying to defend yourself would have solved the case so much better Xeris. :/ Well... I'll tune in and I actually do like most of the picks but you somehow deserved some hate for doing some questionable decisions in your promoting/ interacting with people. I get why people call it unprofessional even if it wasn't worse than any other tourney out there. These decisions just looked naive - that's all.

I'm not going to offer my "unconditional support" to everyone and everything that attaches the esports banner to their name, fuck that. They're running a business and, like any other business, if they want my money they've got to earn it. So far the NASL has been a disorganized mess at almost every juncture, so I'll be keeping my money in my pocket when the premium service opens up until I see SOMETHING to suggest these guys actually know what they're doing. What I'd like to see is them taking the valid criticism on board (of which there's plenty) and using it to improve the product they're trying to sell. Unfortunately I see little evidence of this happening as much of the criticism that was sent their way after the disasterous Clash of the Titans showmatch remain as valid as ever.

If there really are no UK players I think NASL would have been smart to include DeMuslim. People also need to stop citing the Artosis invite. Yea he hasn't proven enough but he is one of the top 5 players I will be following most closely. I won't miss any of his games.

This is proof in of itself that the selection process is very good. iNcontrol- Picking him for the league is a no brainer. If you honestly believe that iNcontrol doesnt deserve to be in the league than you need to stop trolling and start following e-sports more carefully. iNcontrol is easily in the middle of the pack. Not a bad place to be at all. Minigun- Very professional. I hope to see you in future tournaments. NightEnd- There are other tournaments out there. This is a nice learning experience for you.
