I actually really like ultras against terran. Getting just about 10 mutas and keeping them alive, then teching to ultras and going ultra/bane works very well. It works especially well if you work on armor upgrades the whole game.

Maybe if he didn't waste half his army defending a worthless, ruined base he could've just killed the 4 zerg bases instead of only 2 and allowing ultras to pop out.

Hehe, I do love that end-game kill off 5 ultras + banelings and some mutalisks. Was a good killing move. And good choices for where to put tech structures for Leenock. That allowed him to stay in the game.

And close positions LT >_<

Ultras are useless. They are so huge, slow and they constantly get stuck in eachother. If you're very lucky, 3 at most will be able to hit anything simultaneously, although 1-2 is more common. They just get focus fired down to a smudge.

If you win with ultras, you would probably have won easier building something else for your money.

Yeah, the tanks were pretty heavily guarded by marines.
The marines were all standing in the grass amongst the tanks, if you were watching the standard quality stream it was very hard to see them.
