Yeah Leenock was ahead, but he made some poor choices.

MarineKing just rushes nothing but marines as usual, Leenoch goes for mass infestors without properly microing them and then getting ultras against upgraded marines. I hate the map, but both players played bad, the map didn't matter all that much. Leenoch didn't deserve to win anyway.
He didn't rush dude

Leenock is a great player, I'm surprised he went for this terrible tech decision. Infestors were good, banelings were good. He just needed a support unit such as roaches or any other ranged unit. Poor choice of going ultralisks was the game deciding factor...

phew if foxer lost i would have to stop watching gsl3 =X

No... It's not Anthropomorphize is the word. Anthropomorphasize is just jibberish

A Zerg playing two base is a natural result of playing on Jungle Basin.
Crappy crap crap map.

biggest jungle basin abuse ever. Really surprised no one has developed an effective way to fight that style...

2 stimmed marines beat 1 hydra, I dunno how you think mass hydra (they freaking suck gas so fast) will do wel against marines. Maybe if fungaled, but the marines were split well so meh.

On another map, I think those infestors would've secured a 3rd. What I liked that foxer did there however was when tastosis was drooling over those FG on the medivacs, foxer unloaded those medivacs and blew up like 10 blings from the zerg.

Was not able to land a single Fungal when his Ultras went against Marines.
Marines < Banelings . Marines>Ultras Marauders > Banelings , Marauders < Ultras
Both of them had about equal armies but Foxer denying Leenock the Third base Really killed him bad.

Ultras were probably the worst choice against that unit mix. Even when he got off that great fungal in the end, the Ultras blocked the banelings from hitting and he lost quite a few more that way. =/

It's not like he PLANNED to 2 base ultra, he had other expos up but MKPrime killed them quick and kept applying pressure so he was forced to play off of 2 bases.
So he could have just, you know, not blown his load on making a bunch of useless Ultralisks.

Pay attention, man.

Marines actually beat ultras normally, it's marauders that ultras crush. Oh didn't know this... this is what i get by not playing TvZ
Marauders can kite Ultra though. So fungal growth is necessary either way.
